Tips for Smokers

Smoking is the major cause of Cancer and other heart diseases, but every 3rd person in the world is smoker without discrimination of man or women. This is universal truth that Smoking is harmful for your health especially for Lungs and Brain, so always try to give up this bad habit as soon as possible. However if any one can not give up smoking, he should follow following tips,

01: Use good quality cigarettes.


02: Always clean your teeth after smoking.


03: Never touch your lips to the cigarette with out cigarette back case.


04: Always chew any perfumed food after smoking.


05: Never sit in the smoke of the cigarette.
