Health is the best blessing of Great Almighty ALLAH. In all over the world people are striving to enjoy a good health. Health is the basic and fundamental right of every human being living on this planet, and no one can snatch this right from him. Health is the complete condition of our physical, mental, and social wellness. In other words the health means that how does your body fights against diseases.

The idea of health is capable in wide and narrow application. It is also a notable thing that neither every one is completely healthy and nor everyone is completely sick. Mildly speaking we are in the mid of health and sickness. Moreover, health is not just a feature of our daily life it also affects frequently on our social scenario.

01. Drink eight glasses of water daily.

27. Eat popcorn (rather than chips) while watching a movie.
