Tips for Pregnant Women

During the pregnancy, women contain two lives in her body so there is much important for her that how she will maintain herself.


01: Do the rest maximum.


02: Do not lift the weight and bent her body with out any need.


03: Do not walk though the stairs for going to upper floor.


04: Do not bend her body during the sleeping.


05: Always use the loose clothes for wearing in pregnancy period.

Regular Medical Checkup is necessary
